One of the multinational FMCG companies is looking to hire an Organization Development Manager. • Manage training and development function. • Conduct cross-functional projects. • Improve and streamline business processes, identify specialized skills and resources and ensure their availability through competencies analysis. • Design and update positions’ profiles to identify headcount needs. • Set policies and procedures. Job requirements: • 7 to 10 years of experience in organization development and HR. • FMCG background is preferable. • Action oriented, passionate and self-motivated are a must. • Leadership and communication skills. • Fluent command of English language.
