Manage training and
development function.
Conduct cross-functional
projects.
Improve and streamline
business processes, identify
specialized skills and
resources and ensure their
availability through
competencies analysis.
Design and update positions
profiles to identify
headcount needs.
Set policies and procedures.
Job requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience
in organization development
and HR.
FMCG background is preferable.
Action oriented, passionate
and self-motivated are a must.
Leadership and communication
skills.
Fluent command of English
language.
